I thought maybe I should report on my BDS process, too?
I just wrote for 30 minutes, pausing at 10 minute intervals. When I stopped after 30 minutes, I stood up before moving on to email. It just occurred to me that I might do well to bring a little more of a mindful process to email. Hmmm.
I was taking notes on the concept of "service," working on a talk that I'll be giving at Florida State in a few weeks.
Hi all--A couple of you have mentioned having trouble adding comments, so this is a test comment. I simply clicked at the bottom of the post where the number of comments is indicated. And now I'm typing it in. Will hit "Publish" below and see if it works. If you're reading this, it did.
ReplyDeleteI worked on my cover letter this afternoon for one hour. I had a draft, so I actually did some revision on it. Maybe I wrote for about 30 minutes beyond reading the draft. Doing revision is much slower than free writing for me.
